Auction 2012
The Open Window School
Auction committee appreciates your consideration of our sponsorship
opportunities. Our Auction will be held on March 10, 2012 at The Golf Club at Newcastle, and we
expect to have approximately 300 guests. Our audience is passionate about
education, and draws families from throughout the Puget Sound area.
Open
Window School is a non-profit, independent school dedicated to educating gifted
and creative children from kindergarten through 8th grade, and fills
a critical need for families on the Eastside. The Auction directly supports our
operating budget and allows us to offer our program to all students, regardless
of their financial situation. Last year, Open Window School provided over $468,000
in financial aid to qualified families. Open Window School is a 501(c)(3) non-profit
organization, and all donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
Mt. Everest Sponsor - $5,000
Sponsors at this level will receive recognition as a “Mt.
Everest Sponsor” in Auction publications throughout the year and by the
Auctioneer the night of the Auction. Also offered is full page recognition in the
Auction catalog, logo placement on the OWS Auction website with hyperlink to
your company website, logo or name recognition on the big screen during the Auction,
and your logo on the back of the bid cards used during the Live Auction. Product
placement opportunity is available at the main Auction event on March 10, 2012.

table for ten guests.
Mt. Kilimanjaro Sponsor -
$2,500
Sponsors at this level will receive recognition as a “Mt.
Kilimanjaro Sponsor” in Auction publications throughout the year and by
the Auctioneer the night of the Auction. Also offered is full page recognition
in the Auction catalog and logo placement on the OWS Auction website with
hyperlink to your company website, and your logo or name recognition on the big
screen during the Auction. Product placement opportunity is available at the
main Auction event on March 10, 2012. We also invite you to join us for this
spectacular event with four complimentary tickets.
The Matterhorn Sponsor - $1,000
Sponsors at this level will receive recognition as a “Matterhorn
Sponsor” in Auction publications throughout the year and by the
Auctioneer the night of the Auction. Also offered is full page recognition in
the Auction catalog and logo placement on the OWS Auction website with
hyperlink to your company website. Product placement opportunity is available
at the main Auction event on March 10, 2012. We also invite you to join us for
this spectacular event with two complimentary tickets.
Mt. Rainier Sponsor - $500
Sponsors at this level will receive recognition as a “Mt.
Rainier Sponsor” with a full page offered in the Auction catalog and
logo with hyperlink on the OWS Auction website.
Cougar Mountain Sponsor - $250
Sponsors at this level will receive recognition as a “Cougar
Mountain Sponsor” with a half page acknowledgement in the catalog.
Evaluation criteria for sponsorship acceptance include
compliance with IRS rules, consideration of the School’s Gift Acceptance
Policy, and alignment with the School’s Diversity Mission Statement.
